Description
Audrey is a sweet, loving mother cat who was rescued right before she had babies. She is very gentle, and loves to be held. She would like to be in a quite home where someone will give her lots of love and attention. She gets along very well with other cats, as her mothering instinct tends to take over when someone needs her. Sally was an orphan feral kitten that Audrey took in. Sally was caught up in a car and someone behind the vehicle saw her hanging on underneath the car as the car she was in was driving down the interstate. They flagged the driver down to get them to pull over and managed to get her out of the car. She was cold, wet and scared to death when they brought her straight over to one of the APAWS volunteers. Sally never has really gotten over her trauma, and is still a little scared of people. She bonded immediately to Audrey, and still almost a year later won't leave Audrey's side. Therefore, we couldn't take Sally's new mom away from her so we are reducing the adoption fee to keep these two together.
